1. How shall I find a course for me?

You need to type the whole course name in order to get the keyword search look for the keywords in the course title and subtitle.

For example, if you are looking for the Windows 10 Essentials course, type in ‘Windows 10 Essentials’ instead of ‘Windows 10’.

If you are searching for a subject that you can’t see in the categorized section of our course collection, kindly submit a request for the same mentioning the course name. We will review your request and use the information to help update our course collection regularly.

2. What procedure do I need to follow to recommend a course?

If you wish to recommend a course to be added to Learnfly.com, you can always write to us. We would love to cater your request with the best of our services. We review all the incoming requests at regular intervals. It encourages and assists us to update the course collection regularly.

You can just submit your recommendation on the website. Once we receive your request, we forward it to our content team for further reviewing. The review might take two to four weeks. We will notify you about the decision once we get a nod from the content team.

3. Can I add multiple instructors to my course?

Yes, you can have more than one instructor in a course. However, there will be one primary course instructor who will be the course owner and hold all the rights. The primary course instructor can add as many co-instructors as s/he wants. The added co-instructor will have access to course content, modifying course content, adding/removing video lectures, etc.

4. Please address my Video Playback issues: I am having problems while playing the Video.

If you are facing issues while loading your respective video lecture, try following the below-mentioned steps to resolve the common issues.

Try Troubleshooting:

  • Try refreshing your browser.
  • Try closing your current browser and restart it.
  • Test your internet connection's speed.
  • Try logging out of your account with Learnfly and log back in.
  • Try clearing your browser's cookies and cache and then restart your browser.
  • Try restarting your device and your modem (if using Wi-fi).
  • Ensure that you are using the latest browser version and update if outdated.
  • Try using a different browser or device from the one which you are using.
  • Try turning off the hardware acceleration (in Firefox or on Windows).
  • Try regulating the video quality of the video lecture.
  • If there is anything that could be interfering with the streaming of the videos then we highly recommend you - take a note of your browser extensions/plugins/firewall programs and testing it with an incognito window to troubleshoot.
    If the problem persists even after trying the troubleshoot, send a message to the instructor and contact us via our support center mentioning the below points:
  • The browser version and the OS (Windows 7, Mac OS X, etc.).
  • The course URL and lecture number.
  • Your internet connection speed test results.
  • The resolution on which the video was playing.
  • Preferably a screenshot or screencast of the problem.
Note: Keep in mind that the more information you mention in the message the faster we'll be able to resolve the issues.

5. Why am I not able to upload my Videos?

You may come across troubles while uploading or processing your video files and lectures.

File name - The first thing you should keep in mind while uploading your video lectures is to make sure that the file name does not contain any special characters, numerical or symbols. Try again after removing them.

Internet Connection – Slow or poor internet connection is also a reason behind such issues. Make sure that you have a high-speed internet connection.

Internet speed – Check your internet speed and bandwidth limit. Ensure that you are not connected to the internet through the VPN and connection provider hasn’t blocked uploads. To upload video in such cases, try changing your internet connection.
